We work with you through our Foundations Life Coaching Program in our office or online. Often, we are unaware of our thoughts, but because they have such a big impact on how we feel, it is important to start paying attention to what we are saying to ourselves. We want to support you to create positive change, feel amazing and shine.

Hi, I’m



I have  been a Life Coach / Group Facilitator  for over 20 years, developing programs in Personal  Development and Self-Esteem.

I have practical life skills and experiences that have enabled me to understand why we often think and feel the way we do. I have supported  people  from  all walks of life,  to find a new path of thinking and to discover  their true value.

I believe the cry of the human heart is to be loved, honored and valued and it starts with us valuing who we are

I believe passionately that we are given one life and it’s here to be enjoyed not endured, that we can achieve and discover a  better self and to put a stop to self sabotage.

I have completed  papers in personal development and self esteem, have facilitated groups and Life Coaching for the past 6 years.
