This self discovery series could be called ‘A Beginner's Guide to Finding You”. Each course in this series is packed with grounded, step-by-step videos and PDF worksheets.
It's the perfect way to start your journey of self-discovery by breaking negative habits and rediscovering your core foundational beliefs.
Negative thinking (known as N.A.Ts, or the Inner Critic) has a significant impact on how we see ourselves. In this course, we show you how to change that critical internal dialogue into a more realistic sense of ourselves, looking at our strengths and recognising the power we give to the ‘theys’ and ‘others’ in our lives.
This course uncovers what could be blocking your success by helping you to discover what's hidden underneath and discovering what you want for your future right now. With bite-sized lessons, it's easy to grasp the essentials needed to begin "peeling off the layers" and doing the fundamental work on yourself.
How to find your self-worth through core values
Establishing your core values is key to empowering you to take control of who you are. It's putting “a stake in the ground”, and saying “this is who I am”.
Our self-worth impacts every part of our wellbeing. In this course we explore the power of negative self-talk and equip you with powerful tools to change that negative image of your self-worth by putting you in charge of what and how you see yourself. This helps you to gain insight and awareness into your worth and value.
Values are critical to a better sense of self and self-esteem. Values belong to you, are owned and maintained by you and set you apart from everyone else. Values are at the foundation of YOU.
Dysfunctional relationships
How we relate to people really matters. In this course, we explore the roles we play in the relationships that have a negative effect on us; effects that stay with us long after the conversation or interaction has finished.
Discovering the roles played out in a relationship and understanding if it's a dysfunctional relationship gives you the power and knowledge to step off what we call the Drama Triangle of a relationship.
Doing this course supports a healthier you, protects your self worth and sets you up with skills for successful healthy relationships.
Establishing your boundaries
In this course, you gain insight into what boundaries will work best for you as your boundaries are personal only to you. They are owned and maintained by you, for your own good. This powerful course sets you on a path to good self-esteem and gives you power and control over your well-being.
Anxiety - how to stop it long term
This course is designed to help you with stress and burnout. Life Coach Laura will show you how to free yourself from the anxiety cycle; she has personally suffered from anxiety so she knows the crippling effect anxieties have the power to impact.
The tool she created in breaking the anxiety cycle equips you with valuable, workable tools; tools that give you results.
By undergoing this course, you will have knowledge and a lifetime tool to apply to your life in any situation, ensuring you will always be in the driver’s seat of your life.

How do I know which Foundations RESET online course is right for me?
Before we get started, we’ll kick things off with an email that outlines all you need to know along with an enrolment form, followed by a free pre-programme interview which will help us to identify any relevant issues, as well as the best way/s for us to work with you.
